Who is responsible for your data?

When you contact us

If you email us, we process your email address, name, professional contact details and the information you choose to include to answer your enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship. Please do not send patient records or other sensitive health information through this general contact address.

For enquiries about a potential contract with you, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For other professional enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant correspondence and maintaining business contacts (Article 6(1)(f)). Where applicable, we also process information to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Providing information is voluntary, but we may be unable to respond without sufficient contact details and context.

When you browse the website

Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical connection information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser information to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. This processing supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). The website does not include an enquiry form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts added by LTK. Fonts and images are served from our website.

Service providers and international processing

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, content delivery and security, and Arsys for business email. These providers may process data as needed to deliver their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to professional advisers when necessary.

Cloudflare operates internationally, so technical data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Its data processing terms provide safeguards for applicable transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required. Details are available in Cloudflare’s data processing addendum and privacy policy. You can contact us for further information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

How long do we keep information?

We retain correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. Information required for legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims may be retained for the applicable statutory periods, with access restricted where appropriate. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security needs of the hosting service and its applicable retention settings.

Your rights

Where the legal conditions apply, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send your request to [email protected]. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity where necessary. We will respond within one month, subject to any extension permitted by the GDPR.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or another competent supervisory authority. We do not use the data described here for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

Cookies and local storage

The landing page does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies added by LTK. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when its protections are triggered. Any future optional tracking will require an updated notice and, where required, your consent before activation.

The editing tool at /editor/ stores drafts, including replacement images, in your browser’s local database. These drafts are not published or uploaded automatically. They remain until reset in the editor or removed through your browser’s site-data settings. Exported draft copies remain on your device until you delete them. This local storage is used only to provide the editing functionality you request.

We will update this notice when the website’s data-processing practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
